A. Returns and related information:
How to return an item
I. Register your return
All returns must be registered for refund or exchange in advance via our return portal. You will be guided step by step through the return process.
1. Returns portal-provided shipping label
When you register your return you will receive the return label via email. Return shipping costs vary by country (see below) and will be deducted from your refund. The respective amount will be refunded after receipt and inspection of your return.
For the countries listed below we offer a DHL return label through our portal.
Germany: 4,99 Euro flat rate
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain: 9,99 Euro flat rate
Denmark, Finland, Poland: 13,99 Euro flat rate
2. Returns through your own shipping provider
Switzerland, United Kingdom and all other countries: please also register the return via our return portal. In these cases we cannot provide a return label.
After registering your return in the portal, you will receive a QR code via email.
Please print out this code and put it into the return parcel for our warehouse to assign your return correctly to your original order. Please choose the shipping provider of your choice. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

II. Return Guidelines
Items can be registered for returns within 14 days after receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in perfect original condition including all labels and hangtags.
Items with removed security ribbons are considered final sale and are not considered for returns.
For returns from outside the EU: uncleared shipments with customs will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to sender. We strongly recommend to put RETOURE/RETURN on the shipping label and documents for customs.
Important: items showing stains or signs of wear cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
III. Refund & Exchange
Items can be registered for refund and also for exchange (e.g. size).
1 Refund
Your refund will be issued once your return has been received and successfully inspected.
You can choose between two refund options in the returns portal:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit as a voucher for the refund amount
All refunds and vouchers will be sent to you via email after receipt and inspection of your return.
2 Exchange
We only offer exchanges for the countries Germany and Austria.
As long as the price of the product remains the same you can exchange your item for a different size via our returns portal.
The new item will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as the original item has been returned and inspected.
3 Returns of exchanged items
If you wish to return the exchanged item, please contact our customer support.
It is not possible to process this second return via the returns portal.

I. Delivery within Germany:
Shipping charges incl. VAT amount to
4,99 Euro flat rate charge per order for Standard shipping,
9,99 Euro flat rate charge per order for Express deliveries until next business day and
19,99 Euro flat rate charge per order for Express deliveries until before 12:00 p.m. next business day.
II. Delivery to all other countries:
Shipping charges for deliveries to the European countries (EU countries incl. VAT)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in certain cases, which we cannot have influence on (e.g. levies, dutie, taxes due to import regulations, charges for payment transfer services of banks, exchange rate charges) and which you will have to pay if charged.

III. Information regarding deliviery
Delivery periods
Delivery periods for deliveries within Germany with Standard shipping amount to 3 to 5 days.
Deliveries within Germany with Express shipping are made on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries within Germany with Express shipping until 12:00 p.m. are made on the next business day (Monday to Friday) before noon.
Delivery periods for other countries than Germany amount to 4 to 10 days with Standard shipping and 1 to 2 business days with International Express (1-2 Business Days) shipping.
Information regarding determination of the date of delivery
Deliveries to Germany
The deadline for Standard shipping delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
The deadline for Express Shipping until next business day - if ordered before 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day the contract is concluded, or - if ordered after 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the next business day.
The deadline for Express before 12:00 p.m. shipping delivery - if ordered before 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day the contract is concluded or - if ordered after 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the next business day.
Deliveries to other countries
The deadline for Standard shipping deliveries begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
The deadline for International Express (1-2 Business Days) shipping deliveries - if ordered before 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day the contract is concluded or - if ordered after 11:30 a.m. - begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
If the last day of the deadline is a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

We offer the following payment methods:

II. Detailed information on the individual payment methods
1. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
2. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and request payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, YOU can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods “credit card via PayPal” and “direct debit via PayPal”.
4. Then you will be redirected back to us.
3. iDeal
In cooperation with Currence Holding BV, Beethovenstraat 300 Amsterdam, Netherlands, we offer the "iDeal" payment method. The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via iDeal. Payment is made directly to us. In the course of the payment, YOU will be forwarded to the secure environment of your bank and can trigger the payment after logging into your online banking account.
4. Bancontact
In cooperation with the Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the "Bancontact" payment method. The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via Bancontact. Payment is made directly to us. In the course of the payment, YOU will be forwarded to the secure environment of your bank and can trigger the payment after logging into your online banking account.
